Mr. Rosenberg obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Buffalo University in 1981 and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 1984.

 

Mr. Rosenberg is a premier consultant to the consumer credit industry on creditors rights, bankruptcy and other delinquency matters such as complex commercial and foreclosure litigation cases.

 

Additionally, he has over twenty years’ experience in employee embezzlement, fraud, civil white collar crime, commercial and residential real estate, civil litigation involving real estate, business contracts and business entity formation.

 

Mr. Rosenberg is admitted to practice before the New York Bar – 1985, the U.S. District Court Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and was admitted to the United States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit. States Court of Appeals 11th Circuit.
